Intro:

Alright, I've been hearing of alot of people Playing lupis Garou recently
And while im glad my favorite breed of Garou actually has a presence
on the server I've been hearing alot of complaints of them not being
played in a fashion fitting the Wolf-Born shifters.

While playing an exceptionally intelligent Wolf-turned-man 'correctly'
is a rather difficult RP to pull off believable I've been playing Lupis
for over 6 years now, and have been constantly refining my play
and would like to extend an offer to those who are or would be
considering playing one of the more primal champions of Gaia.

Contact me threw a PM or IG if you like for more info. Here i will
Begin compiling a List of Basic Do's and Dont's along with various
Wolf information over the next few weeks to further aid in the RP
of those interested

Part 1: Perception

Wolves and in turn Lupis Born Garou have considerably superior senses
than those of humans (IG represented by the Listen/Spot bonus in lupis
form etc) but in terms of RP this is also important, as you can precise
things humans, and often homid born would never quite notice.

Scent, more so than Sight is the most important senses a Lupis born has,
Often times because of the severely inferior nose of humans many lupis
born consider themselves 'nose-blind' whenever in there homid forms.
and this statement is quite true, scents can tell you more than your eyes
about a person, where they've been, who've they been with, there health
and even if there ready to Mate, or are pregnant etc.

Try to begin most greetings with an attempt to 'sniff' someone you meet,
some fresh form their first changes may attempt this even in homid form
as they do not understand human customs or the like. I will usually ask
in a tell if there are any unusual scents or anything overly strong in scent
i would notice or, if there someone im familiar with, weather or not anything
noticeable has changed, along with general mood

Hearing, easily tied with sight for importance is the Wolves early warning
system for anything that may have come from Downwind, aside from this
it also picks up more acutely the tones of those speaking, even if you
do not understand the words being spoken (like many lupis born fresh from
there first changes will not know how to speak any human languages until they
learn it from another) they are keenly aware of the intention given off from
the voice of the speaker, things like Aggression, Submission, Anger, sadness,
are all impotent cue's to a Lupis born, even without knowing what was spoken

Sight while important for seeing where your going obviously, is mainly used
in the moments before making a kill during a hunt, to gauge distance and
to choose your targets while hunting, the vision of a wolf, like many dogs is
mostly colorblind to certain spectrum of color, so obviously you even see the
world literally in a 'different light' than the homid born, at least while in your birth
form, the change in eyesight while in human forms is one of the few things that
a Lupis might consider improved, despite the near deafness and nose-blindness
of the form in comparison to how you were born. while somewhat less important
to remember in terms of RP it is still something useful to be aware of if you wish

When traveling, or hunting, try to RP walking with nose to the ground (While in
Crinos-Lupis forms) With ears perked and alert, searching for sounds or for
scent trails to follow or signs of ambush

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DMs/Mods feel free to fix any potential grammar/spelling issues as i tend to have
alot of them. Everyone else, Feel free to post any specific questions or concerns
about Lupis Garou/Kinfolk or the RP of them. I will be working on refining and
adding considerably more info in the coming Weeks as I find time
