Ok people have been asking about player housing. While it is not fully ready to be implemented yet i am coming up with guildlines for player housing and thus far it will be as follows. Houses will be sold per square of an area. This will also include a charge for the outer areas where the door inside is placed. Price will vary based on where your house is what type of placeables you have in it and number of placeables. General cost is as follows

Slums = 500 per sq
Sanctuary= 1500 per sq
Tavern keep = 1000 per sq
Market= 1000 per sq

Most wilderness areas will be 500 per sq

Placeables will be 10% of the per square cost. Special Placeables meaning things not normally in a house or will a glowing effect, things like beams of light, magic symbols on the floor, is going to cost double the standard. Anything that is to have inventory which is limited to food and drink only and in limited amounts is triple cost.

Each house will be allowed one key, every additional key will cost 1000, every additional key maker you want put in will cost 5000. If you seek an additional floor (meaning additional areas) it will be 4 times the cost of a single square then the per square cost of the floor plus placeables.
